The Hoehn Motors Luxury Car Raffle has done more than put luxury car keys in the hands of lucky winners — it has fueled hope, comfort, and care for thousands of families at San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House.
Every ticket you purchase provides critical funding so that meals, lodging, programs, and support are always available at no cost to families with a hospitalized child facing one of life’s toughest challenges.

Each year, we welcome more than 15,000 guests through our doors — but every night, over 60 families remain on our waitlist, hoping for a room close to their child’s hospital bedside. About San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House
Founded in 1980, San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House offers a true “home away from home” to families whose children are receiving life-saving treatment. Located just 300 steps from Rady Children’s Hospital, our House provides the comforts of home to help strengthen families and support their emotional well-being during incredibly challenging times.
We are the only resource of our kind open to families with children in any San Diego area hospital.
Each year, thanks to community support and an incredible volunteer network, we:
Provide lodging to 600 families during their child’s hospitalization
Serve 14,000 additional guests in our Family Care Center with meals, computer access, and resources
Prepare and serve 250,000 meals free of charge with help from 380+ volunteer groups
Offer education and enrichment programs to over 100 siblings through our on-site School Away from School
